I had a truly wonderful stay at Address Dubai Mall. The hotel is absolutely fabulous—beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located. Everything from the ambiance to the comfort exceeded my expectations. A very special thank you to Maria Cenas, who assisted me with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel warmly welcomed and ensured everything was smooth and pleasant. Her attention to detail and positive energy truly made my stay memorable. Breakfast was delightful, and the overall service was impeccable. I had a truly exceptional stay at this hotel in Dubai, where I spent one full week, including New Year’s Eve, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, combining comfort, elegance, and high-end design, making the stay both relaxing and refined. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, which makes everything easily accessible. The level of service is remarkable, with special recognition to RAJNITH, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly elevated our experience. The breakfast is of the highest standard, offering excellent quality and variety, and perfectly reflecting the hotel’s premium positioning. Overall, this was a flawless stay from start to finish. Address fountain view , This is an amazing property with such a polite staff and amazing hospitality. The views are breathtaking towards the Burj Khalif-a. The pool view is speechless The moment I entered inside my room I felt incredibly happy to see the exact view of Burj Khalifa right from my room window . The staff especially Kamran was very helpful and hardworking taking care of the clients . Thanks address! Love to stay here Super happy

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Address! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. Khalifa and Laila at the reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made the check-in process effortless. Yehia, Nir, and all the gentlemen at valet were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always attentive. They truly made the valet and concierge experience smooth and stress-free. Exceptional service all around. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would gladly stay here again!

My kids and I had a great experience thanks to Joe, the lifeguard at The Address-Dubai Mall. He was extremely professional, attentive, and very kind to my children.He did an outstanding job ensuring the safety of my kids and everyone around the pool area It’s reassuring to see someone who takes safety so seriously while still being friendly and approachable.
